Who Are We?

The Wolf Clan Teaching Lodge Inc, is a non-profit educational institution which is dedicated to preserving and disseminating the teachings of the Seneca Indian Historical Society.

The Seneca are one of the original Nations of the Five Nation Peace League of the Hadenosaune, known to European Colonists as the Iroquois Confederacy.

The Seneca were acknowledged as the Philosophers of the League and lived primarily in the Western region of New York State.  They are known as the Keepers of the Western Door of the symbolic Longhouse.

Seneca society consisted of Clans who maintained their own Teaching Lodges.  These lodges functioned as a place where the elders could share the wisdom and gifts of their clans.

Today the WCTL/SIHS, incorporated in Florida, is a school without walls.  We arrange group seminars and workshops throughout the world and sponsor two councils; Wolfsong, a Peace Elders' Council and Unity Council a family gathering.

Our programs are dedicated to teaching the Wisdom, Prophecy and Philosophy of the Seneca.

Our school develops programs to disseminate the teachings world wide.
